The treaty was signed almost solely by nations who believed large scale state-on-state warfare was over.

@Dr_M_Davis I don’t think so, although I get the argument that there could be capability overlap. If it is J/H-XX then it will have been designed according to a different set of range, stealth, speed and payload requirements than if it’s intended to be a 6th Gen replacement/adjunct for J-20
