You also have to remember that the only information the grand jury gets is from the prosecution. There’s no defense attorney there to counter anything the prosecution says. That’s why they say that a ham sandwich can get indicted by a grand jury.
The fact that the foreperson of the grand jury that indicted Karen is part of Boston police history is absolutely crazy. If you didn’t watch TB last night. The foreperson Tammy Pugsley, is the daughter in law of a former Boston police officer who served 39 years on BPD. And the sister in law of SIX other Boston Police officers with the same name. How or why she was on this Grand jury is mind blowing. And just contributes to the corruption that is Norfolk County.

If I remember correctly, I think that the CW was initially saying that she hit him in the head with the glass… And that could be why it says that. Somehow it often to her speeding into him with her vehicle and killing him. Just wondering if that’s why the wording is like that?
