There is a cartoon movie I’m in love with called “The Land of Point”. Everyone and everything in it had a point, except Oblio who was born without one. He was banished and though they were all good people “the law was the law, and the people were good law abiding people” so no one knew what to do. We on the other hand, are just allowing a disrespect of the constitution and amendments fought to include our diverse communities, and an authoritarian who can’t speak to banish whatever he wants to. Racialism is not dead, religious bias isn’t usually against Christian’s (the one class trump made an executive order to protect) diversity makes us a rich culture, our history is made of many but we can’t change history… though we are ordered not to teach it or celebrate it… least funding is pulled…and we are trying to banish people who are as non harmful as Oblio. Who by the way figured has a point too.
