We attend the most seriously injured/unwell patients& support ambulance crews with patient care,our team volunteer on their days off to assist.

A great first 3 weeks, with a variety of challenging medical and trauma incidents,

cared for dozens of patients and provided support to many 🚑 crews

promised I could take the polaris for a spin next time if I let them drive our Volvo. I'll hold you to that!
So a round up of our first 3 weeks doing a soft launch
We were dispatched to a total of 34 incidents
Of these:
17 were in Beds& 17 in Herts
15 were medical&19 Trauma
Today was our busiest day,attending 4 incidents totalling 6 patients

May be a role for a small no. of senior docs working within the ambulance service attached to the APPCCs, not convinced more medical teams would be the best use of a doctors time, especially with the current NHS pressures.
