Central Texas here and we have had a lot of rain,lakes are full,severe cold,last 3 days 85-96’,had to turn on AC,this morning turn off AC and turn back on heater. 42’ now. So strange. Parka, rain jacket,shorts and now winter boots and coat😵💫
