Today I discovered that in the EU, you can’t break a bottle to launch a ship because it’s considered too dangerous. Of course, these rules are always for your own safety.
GERMANY: EU regulators think it is too dangerous to simply break a bottle across the bow of a new ship, instead they insist on the use of this contraption. This is why the EU is failing. This is Economy Minister Habeck flailing.

I think exactly the same. 20 million or 21 million is irrelevant.
Prediction. Quantum computing is still very far from any meaningful risk of breaking Bitcoin cryptography. Quantum resistant addresses will eventually be added to Bitcoin before there is any serious threat. All people alive (and that have access to their wallets) will move Bitcoin into new quantum resistant addresses. Any Bitcoin in lost wallets, including Satoshi (if not alive), will be hacked and put back in circulation.

What you’re saying is very true. It applies to me as well—I’m inclined to do business, but I find it extremely difficult here, so I’m postponing it until it becomes inevitable for my mental health. What I mean is that, as customers, we all accept some form of non-compliance with the law because we understand that it’s impossible to follow every rule. It feels like everyone knows everything is overregulated—except our politicians.
