Don’t dehydrate! I miss coffee. Been off for four weeks now. Your post on building a diet around protein really inspired me! I’m in the process of trading a diet of carbs for protein (meat, eggs, fish - over bread, crackers, cereal). It’s hard, but so worth it. I feel stronger every day I stick to it.
