@POTUS @PAMBONDI URGENT: J6er Dan Wilson was ordered back to prison by Judge Friedrich. The initial J6 politicized search warrant allowed law enforcement to ransack Dan's home, and finding nothing else besides weapons he used to defend himself and his neighbors, they brought additional gun charges. It is important to note: 1. Dan never used the guns to commit any crimes and the guns were strictly for self defense and defending his community 2. The search was unlawful because the J6 invasive and overbroad politicized search warrant should never have been issued, a violation of due process resulting in a grave injustice against Dan. 3. Without the politicized J6 search warrant, Dan's home would not have been swatted because there was no probable cause. 4. Dan had a criminal past as a youth that he had long put behind and is a productive member of his community, someone who protects, pays taxes, and gives a lot back. Dan is someone any neighbor would be proud of and ask for help when bad things happen and you need a good neighbor 5. President Trump should insist that Judge Friedrich apply the clearly written pardon to Dan and nine others J6ers we know of in similar circumstances: Dan Wilson, Elias Costianes, Peter Krill, Hatchet Speed, Taylor Taranto, Jeremy Brown, Dominic Box, Daniel Ball, Edward Kelley, and Ben Martin.
