Why this account exists, and its Admin's History~♡ I often get the question as to why I post advice every day and how I could stay so positive. Well, since I gain new dolphins every day. Allow me to tell you a story first so that you may understand why an account like mine is needed. This is the story of a certain Nonbinary Admin who, in other people's eyes including their family's. Didn't seem to amount to very much. They didn't really have the worst of childhoods, but it wasn't exactly very good either. They didn't really have abusive parents, but let's just say that it wasn't very easy to go to them for comfort either. But, they still cared for their parents because that's what their grandmother taught them to do. "Just be patient," is what she told them, "and be sure to love with all your heart." The first part was hard on its own, and don't even get them started on the second. There's been countless times when they questioned their parents' love. Especially after all the humiliating and demoralizing comments they've made throughout their life. And this coming from someone they're supposed to love? It wasn't until much later when the Admin became an adult, and their grandmother passed. Did they truly realize what she meant. It wasn't entirely meant for just their parents, because the world is so much bigger than that. It was meant for everyone they came across in life. Friends, family, strangers, and everyone in between, they're all people who could use someone who is both patient with them and to love them with their whole heart. Just because the world was cruel to Admin doesn't mean that they have to be just as cruel to everyone else. All that's needed is a little assurance, and for someone to say that it'll be okay from time to time. For the Admin, it was their grandmother. And for all of you dolphins, I would like to be that kind of person to you too~ So I answer you, or really anyone that asks. Why did I make this account? And how could I care so much for others that I'll possibly never meet? Well, the answer is best given by you. My question to yours is: Where do you think you'd be if I wasn't here~?

Marina's tip of the day~ I'm sorry to say, but I know that there's someone who needs to hear this. You are required to struggle in life. That's how people are able to 'survive' through it. In order for you to stand up and be proud of your accomplishments. You need to know what it's like to fall down~

Being honest with yourself is the greatest form of self-respect and self care you could ever ask for. You just need to take that first step and preferably stay on that path~

Marina's tip of the day~ No matter how much advice I post every day. Most people won't be able to understand their meaning. Until they experience that specific situation on their own. Once that happens, I hope you'll remember that specific tip. And be able to overcome it just a bit easier~

Marina's tip of the day~ Every situation you go through, every challenge you face. Is teaching and preparing you for a lesson. Whether you wish to learn it at that time or not is your choice. Just know that if you come across a similar problem again. I hope you'll remember how to overcome it~

Marina's tip of the day~ Not every day will go the way you want it to, and that's okay. You should never shame yourself for having a rough day. Because everyone has them from time to time. Just breathe and try to survive today, while good days are encouraged. Some people need to just have, a day~

Marina's tip of the day~ I can't live your life for you. I can only give you the advice I've learned and am still in the process of learning. It's you who needs to take action to play the game of life. Because history only remembers the players of the game, not the people watching in the stands~

Marina's tip of the day~ Everybody has a problem, or 99 of them all at once. But if you measure how you're doing in life by getting solving those problems. You won't be very happy for long. Because you know another may pop up soon. You can have some problems and still be happy. It's not always either/or~

Marina's tip of the day~ There's nothing on earth, more complex than the human mind. It can both simplify the most complicated things and complicate the simplest tasks. So it's perfectly okay if you don't know or understand yourself sometimes. Nobody does, but that doesn't mean you can't try your best to~

Marina's tip of the day~ Maturity means so much more than people realize, and it doesn't always come with just age. It's about the way you see and understand people, the world, and most importantly, yourself. Everybody grows old eventually, but not everyone is growing up. Maturity comes with perspective~

Marina's tip of the day~ One's past should never determine their future. Only the present holds that power. Whatever happened then can and will hold you back as well as consume you if you let it. So try not to let it sink too deep into your mind. Give each day now meaning towards your future~
