As a person who was arrested for writing chalk messages on a sidewalk, I would just like to say thank you Brian Kruse for opening this can of worms. I will be testing this new limit as much as possible.
An anti-abortion message drawn out in chalk at an Omaha polling place may have raised some eyebrows, but it didn't violate Nebraska electioneering laws, according to Douglas County Election Commissioner Brian Kruse.

Sure: its a book about a girl in a world where the adults refuse to teach sex ed, so she tries to have a physical relationship w/ a guy without knowing anything about sex, and ends up being raped. It's a book to help young girls cope with their lived experiences. Hope this helps

Nebraska should have had trains 20 years ago. Our leadership is the problem.
By the way, the state commissioned a report 21 years ago that indicated we could have a viable commuter rail route between Omaha and Lincoln with stops in downtown Lincoln, suburban Lincoln, Gretna, Papillion, and downtown Omaha. And then nothing happened.

I’m hearing NE Dems have introduced legislation to tax and legalize recreational cannabis.
