You are not accounting for the economic disaster of keeping the systems we have. You are looking at this from the perspective that the current system is SUSTAINABLE, so for you the risk is in changes too fast breaking things My perspective is; the current system is actively harmful and every day it's allowed to fester it destroyes more human livelyhood at the rate of one billion dollars a second.

Its true lowers earners don't pay tax (officially). But that's not the point. Social welfare is a carrot. IRS is a stick. A means of coercion, and intimidation. Its not ment to get funds, they get all the funds they need through currency devaluation (which is taxation without representation). Income tax dosnt pay for anything legal, no audits of government spending have passed, including the pentagon, and the fed has never been audited. Income tax is a ruse, purely a veneer, a diversion that has a side benefit of being able to leverage against anyone you choose
