@JDVance Judges do tell generals how to conduct military operations though. That’s what the International Criminal Court does when they try people for war crimes.

@BaItimoreBRSRK @PenguinsJesus This is both a good and bad way of putting it. Good for contextualizing why role players with 3 cups arent HOFers. Bad for placing the entire burden of a championship on a few players when it takes a team to win.

@RaghavsRep No ones booing her for watching, we’re booing the media pretending her watching is an important facet of the game. No other WAG gets that’s attention, even famous ones. No real fan wants to see her instead of actual highlights or replays.

@RasheeTouchdown Game was still rigged, just against the Chiefs. No way all these players coincidentally put up their worst career game all at once. League was in on it from the start.

@MobSquad508 @RGIII No. The NFL is playing the VERY long game. It’s better they let the Eagles win this year, nix the “season is rigged” rumors, and then let the Taylor Swift Chiefs come back and win next year. Fewer ppl complain, SB gets more views, NFL makes more money. Economics.

@RGIII It’s bc Mahomes isn’t that good. He’s backed by a fantastic defense, with a great receiving core, and shitty competition. He’s not top-5 all time, or even close.

@RGIII Convenient scheme from the NFL to deflect from their ultimate goal of having the Chiefs win in 2026…

@NewsWire_US They have been since like 1803. Wasn’t Marbury v Madison about this exact issue? The courts have always limited executive action. Hell, conservative judges restricted the Biden admin from forgiving student loans. It’s not a “rules for thee nd not for me” world. Grow up.

@LocalGoat7 @erfon @markgurman The FBI had, arguably, a much stronger justification and the backing of a much larger portion of the iPhone userbase and Apple still told them to fuck off. Apple needs to seriously consider pulling out of Europe all together and forcing that block to justify their insane demands.

@luca_iaconelli @markgurman Better question, have other companies (Google, Samsung, etc.) capitulated to such demands behind the scenes?

@AGuyOnTheWorld @Robwhitlow3 @markgurman And if they cave to 27% they risk alienating a larger portion globally who believe in Apples data privacy mission. They’ve already refused to give the FBI access to a literal terrorists iPhone. No way they cave to the UK here.

@markonixx @Robwhitlow3 @markgurman Apple should have left the EU years ago and forced the whole block to answer to their citizens as to why they can’t get their hands on a major tech product…

@pbsIdentity @markgurman Apple doesn’t make enough off the UK alone to change their entire privacy model for them. More likely they revoke sales in the UK and wait for UK citizens to riot over being unable to buy Apple products…

@ZiglarZirk @RadioGenoa Yes. But it’s also an important historical site. People don’t get to desecrate it.

@BR_OpenIce If Ovi breaks the record this year AND wins a cup + Conn Smythe, you gotta start putting him ahead of Crosby all time until Crosby hits 2000pts.
