Great to collaborate with @sash_ramani and @CJStewart7 in developing this precision medicine platform for studying GI cellular/tissue responses at physiological oxygen levels. By testing panels of tissues, one can see the diversity of responses to new microbial therapeutics.
Happy to have been part of this collaborative effort lead by @JosephPetrosino and @CJStewart7 in developing a platform for microbiome studies in #enteroids using physiological oxygen concentrations!
