Never let them distract you from the fact that they robbed you of your ability to afford your rent, work an honest 40 hour week, or seek routine medical care. The United States is no longer a civilized country, and the billionaire class is singularly to blame.

Student loan forgiveness would provide an instant financial stimulus to millions of hardworking Americans. A $700+ billion war budget enriches Raytheon executives, exports violence across the world, and helps very few of us here at home. One of these passed without debate.

Capitalists rely on stupid fictions like this to keep the working class from realizing they’re robbing us blind while bribing the government to stand aside and let them.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has signed a law guaranteeing free breakfast and lunch for all students in the state, regardless of how much money their parents make. Tens of thousands of food-insecure kids will benefit.

This SCOTUS has attacked abortion rights, the EPA, and are now going after student debt relief. It's time to admit SCOTUS is completely out of step with the will of the people. We MUST expand the Court and end lifetime appointments.

While the Supreme Court hears a case trying to kill student debt today, Bernie Sanders joins the rally outside to say that we should make public colleges free, and that you shouldn't "have to face financial ruin because you want a damn education!"

It's almost as if runaway capitalism and corporate greed are problems that don't care about borders and exist globally.

Note: Inflation is a global phenomenon. Most major developed nations are suffering rates similar to those in the US. Most major drivers for inflation are global in nature. Reporting on US inflation like it was isolated or unique to us is misleading and not constructive.

Anyone else notice how corporate Democrats are always powerless to do anything until it's time to organize against the working class left?

Amazon should be taken to task for this blatant retaliatory union busting move.

Amazon has fired Jennifer Bates, a warehouse worker and spokesperson for the union campaign in Bessemer, Alabama. Jennifer was one of the boldest union organizers at the warehouse, testifying before Congress and giving interviews to national media during two union drives.

The best proof that unions work is the millions of dollars corporations are willing to spend on union busting.

It is an unspeakable travesty ANYONE in Congress would oppose #MedicareForAll two years into a pandemic that has killed nearly a million Americans.

While the rightwing fear-mongers about "socialism" all day and night, capitalists quietly outsource jobs, jack up rent, bust unions, monopolize industry, exploit their bottomless war contracts, and lobby to cripple our hard-won public programs. Socialism is nowhere to be found.
