By mashing A, ZL and ZR in the pokemon menu and then go back a lot with b, you get the game in a state where the menu is up, but you can move around.
This can be used to save the game in places where you are not supposed to.
This can crash the game when fighting a trainer.

Someone asked me to have a look at this: Bochum T128 teams, what groups of 3 pokemon were most commonly used together. Here is everything used 8+ times.
Like if you would like to see more of this for other events (more advanced and better formatting), suggestions are welcome.

About 1.5 months ago there were some tweets about the spreadsheets I made from the showdown usage stats (people missing them). Since then I have been working a bit on an improved version from that.
In this version you can select a Pokémon and then get the data from that Pokémon.

Pretty sure you can reset for effort levels (ELs), IVs determine starting ELs, 0-19 IV gives you an EL of 0
Assuming you want -speed, you want 0/1 atk and 0/1 speed, meaning EL 0 in attack/speed has a 1% chance of being the right IVs.

I made some spreadsheets for the restricted winrates against each other for Indianapolis Regionals.
Still need to look how I can make the most of this, since the data with or without day 1 is very different.
Winners are in the rows, losers in the columns

You can prevent this by opening some other menus like the pokedex.
After the battle starts, you can go back out of the pokedex and save and reset the game.
When restarting the game, the battle doesn't trigger anymore and you can walk yourself to the Hall of Fame room.

As promised, the Ultra series stats from Showdown . There's a file for every restricted and every mon in the T50 in any of the weights. Forms are listed seperately (including megas and primals). There's also 1 file with the T20 mons of the 1630 weight.
and now all the rating weights chaos folders are posted, probably will have all the sheets up within an hour

It has been a long time since my last usage stats post, so with the first regulation G usage stats being out here is a reminder!
You can check the usage stats for any pokemon, including stats, like how fast or how offensive Pokémon are (stats, not spreads)

January usage stats from SD are up, which means they will be up in a few hours on here. They easily show the distribution of the individual stats and more detailed data on teammates, moves, natures and items. It compares the different ratings weights too.

Restricted win rates from Stockholm day 1 between players that went at least 5-4 (if they faced at least 5 times). More will come later after day 2, maybe after I automate this a bit more so I don't need to keep doing this manually.

Pokémon Showdown usage stats dropped 20 minutes ago, I updated the spreadsheets for the DLC and regulation F.
The bo1 stats are currently broken (missing 1630 weight), I assume those will be updated soon. Once they are, the bo1 stats will work too.

Actually got 62th in the IC instead of the 70th I calculated. I guess that means 10 more CP than I calculated before. 134/300 :)

Unfortunately finished 6-3 after being 6-1 after round 7, however it still is my best record after 7 rounds ever and much better than my last 2 tournaments.

Now that I have my invite, I decided to have a look at what teams I used to get points this season. (The FakePG team was Z-Conversion P2.) A lot of similarities between all the teams from london internats and onwards. The Malmö MSS result was improved by other MSSs.
