Figured out definitively my problem which was a bad usb extension. It would connect but the port was causing lag as if my wheel was disconnecting. Changed it out for a new one, havent spiked since.
Finally fixed the stutter on iRacing🍾🎉🎊

@TendrumXBL Yea i went on nvidia control panel, deleted temp folders, edit my power plan settings, even went on my bios and had a setting on there i should have turned on

@Tchoubi75019 I just messed with the settings on the pc and gpu settings for maximum performance. I was essentially limiting my pc

@TendrumXBL Theres settings on the pc you switch on to add higher performance. I didnt properly do it until today
