@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle Seems like value should only be stored on something that can handle the capacity to move it. From a digital perspective, the utility of the network is the only thing giving the tokens or coins any value. Idk maybe I’m just missing something though. I appreciate the thoughts.

@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle Very valid points. I still don’t see the value of bitcoin though because it can’t scale or be built on. Building a bunch of layer 2’s doesn’t make much sense to me. The xrp ledger is decentralized and scalable. I don’t see how else they’ll tokenize real world assets.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 As soon as Tether gets delisted and quits propping it up it’s going to be bad news for bitcoin investors

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 America might keep what they’ve confiscated but I don’t see them buying up anymore

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 Is that why Japan and Europe won’t be adding it to their reserves? And El Salvador just took their country off of it..

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 You’re the one confused. Gold is not money, it’s wealth

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 Convenience and efficiency is the driving factor of nearly everything dude. If there’s something that can do a better job in any aspect of life you’re going to choose it. Bitcoin isn’t money. If it were globally adopted everyone would get 2 transactions over their lifetime.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 Tokenizing real world assets is the whole point of this shift to digital money. Bitcoin won’t save anyone either so not sure what your point was there. BTC is the scam token. BTC = beta tested coin

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 That’s not what it was created for. And yes we do need a new financial system for instant settlement to solve the liquidity crisis that’s coming. How do you think they’re going to tokenize all of the world’s assets?

@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle So it’s faith driven and dependent on governments and institutions to globally accept it? That sounds like centralization to me and defeats its original purpose. XRP is solving real world problems. Gold has withstood the rise and fall of multiple nations and their currencies.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 It’s literally in its white paper that it was supposed to be a P2P payment system.. XRP and XLM will put BTC in a digital museum where it belongs.

@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle I asked a genuine question and you’re the one who started spouting off nursing home shit like I’m incapable of understanding the tech while simultaneously making no sense yourself.

@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle Gold is used in practically all electronics. BTC maxis are becoming simps to daddy trump begging him to recognize it on the global stage so they can pump their bags. It’s a completely centralized useless network.

@tomyoungjr @xrpmickle How is it a store of value, I just don’t understand. Gold is a SOV because of its real world use case so wouldn’t BTC also need a use case before it can be called a store of value?

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 There’s only 1million coins left to mine and on top of that the networks doing the mining are centralized. The network is slow, clunky and useless. You can keep calling it a SOV but it’s not. That narrative only came about because it failed as a P2P payment system.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 And as long as we’re talking tech, bitcoin doesn’t work in the digital age either. It does 7tps. What are people supposed to do with it? It’s not scalable, you can’t build on it. The majority of the supply is held by governments and institutions at this point so it’s centralized.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 Yes and like I said before all money eventually goes to zero. Gold isn’t money it’s wealth, do you understand the difference? The only way bitcoin becomes valuable is to have it backed by something.

@B1tB3rry @tyleramirault @PeterSchiff @theRealDanVCFA @charliekirk11 Gold isn’t tech, I don’t think I need to explain that. But the reason some tech survives and others don’t is because of competition and the service they provide. And bitcoin doesn’t provide anything of value.
