@MitchellHODL What am I missing? Isn't this terrible for $MSTR share holders. Won't the perpetual call create a massive price wall at $1000 and then massively dilute $MSTR shareholders when exercised?

@FreiburgCoffeeC @quakes99 I have to agree, unless I am missing something? 25 million will not get the mill running

@julian007645 July 2027 strike, 2.5 years is a long time in this sector. Only 11 million shares OS, wouldn’t be surprised to see it at $1500 a share based on current market cap of $SOUN and they aren’t even profitable.

@PoWeRHouRTrades So after 10:1 reverse split did conversion rate on warrants go from 1:1 to 1:10 AND strike also went up to $115? If that’s the case it’s still a decent trade but just didn’t understand that initially.

@GrassValleyU3O8 @HimmyJTheGoat @Uzocapital if this hits a 5 billion dollar valuation by 2027 with 10million OS stock price hits $500. This is more than possible given performance of peers in this sector. If you have 10,000 warrants =$5,000,000-1,150,000 exercise purchase for a $3,850,000 profit on a 5k investment

@ResearchRowInc It’s worse than that, $LEU can’t produce HALEU cheap enough to make SMR economical. I think it’s an opportunity for $ASPI to potentially get another exclusive contract for production with $OKLO but might require building another facility.

@PoWeRHouRTrades Could you give an example of what would happen if you have 1000 warrants if price is at $150 in 2026 if strike is $110. Do you just get 1000 shares?

@Alupang @Lotterystonks They might initially keep $LEU the dinosaur around just for national security but once HALEU is plentiful and market is stabilized I can’t imagine them subsidizing an inferior technology…

@Lotterystonks @BBFluffer Trump administration had planned to declare an energy emergency even before Russia announced it would suspend uranium exports to US, the situation is even more critical now and domestic and US friendly uranium miners and enrichers like $ASPI will be the biggest beneficiaries.

@Jaro_rogue That article confirms several things, Trump is going to declare an energy emergency to fast track energy and electricity production and they specifically say they don’t agree with subsidies for wind and solar. Big winners are going to be petroleum and nuclear.

@Lotterystonks @CeceCece416 @HopfJames Not to mention Elon Musk, a South African and huge nuclear proponent, was just given ultimate power by Trump to eliminate inefficiency in the fed gov. If you don’t think he knows the importance of HALEU and won’t be nullifying the $LEU contract you aren’t paying attention.

@ValueConU308 Would be nice entry but don’t think it’s going to happen now, gaps don’t always close on breakouts. This will be at 11$ in days.

@Lotterystonks @BobHen1979 No compete contracts like $LEU was awarded go against trumps ideology. I think it’s highly likely he allows $ASPI to produce domestically if they can beat in price, national security isn’t a strong argument here since more production equal more stability

@reediculous315 @pennycheck Keeping both, HALEU is getting the headlines right now but I think the combination of nuclear medicine and Si-28 will ultimately be much more profitable than HALEU.

@Tim1976H @Lotterystonks @levandovsky Bill Gates has political pull to get it done. Trump is very pro nuclear and will allow $ASPI to also supply US gov and commercial contracts because of price competition and security of multiple domestic suppliers. Likely only stipulation will be enrichment be done on US soil.

@mkhorp Agree 100%, majority of SMR will be private ventures, these public SMR startups have very little chance of getting a product to broad market. Over the coming weeks I anticipate a large portion of current SMR liquidity shifting to $LEU and $ASPI as people realize this.

@Lotterystonks @LaserisTech @talkiemellie @Tim1976H @1035_Capital $ASPI will get permits. the interesting thing is congress could sign one bill and prevent US companies from exporting uranium, LEU or HALEU to other countries due to “national security”. I think it’s a strategic advantage to be outside the US unless you’re $LEU

@Lotterystonks @LaserisTech @talkiemellie @Tim1976H @1035_Capital They can’t even compete in the US HALEU market, $LEU was awarded an exclusive commercial and government contract and has it locked up from my understanding.

@pennycheck If this technology can deliver even 10% of what they are saying, this stock could do 1000x from here. There is essentially no competition outside of $LEU. $ASIP might end up being be the single best play of the next 10 years.
