@DylanBeefy Agreed. There have been mistakes. Big ones. But farming unions are positive that the conversation regarding agriculture is changing in England. I wish that we could say the same for Wales. You have to question who the Labour Party are representing with these policies

@DylanBeefy If you read the thread comments, you will see that we have an uphill climb when it comes to Welsh Labour. They need to start listening to farmers & Unions. 🏴 may not have it right yet, but at least they are sitting at the table with open ears and a willingness to change

@AlunDaviesMS I have. The consultation should never have been presented in its current guise. Farming Unions and farmers have been against 20% land for trees & habitat since it was first announced. Start listening!

@AlunDaviesMS Farmers can be equally protected by a strong domestic market, just look at Canada. Subsidies simply help farmers provide cheap food, which is what your constituents and electorate want. They also want Welsh farms to survive. Who exactly are Labour representing with their SFS?

@AlunDaviesMS The Tories have made grant funding £££ available for farmers for efficiency improvements and committed to maintaining domestic food production. They are not requiring English farmers to take 20% of their land OUT OF FOOD PRODUCTION
