@the_real_jdizzy @dr_andrealove Most of th indirect costs go to various adminitsrative 'things'. It's a slush fund for the Admins. Researchers I know always say it's a scam. But the problem is institutions will not cut back on admin salaries, perks, and extras. THAT is what will crush research.
