I've followed several other ggs and many of them have to fight tooth and nail in order to get their say heard and many aren't even considered. But making their own decisions is actually encouraged in Ador. It's not something you see very often and almost not at all in rookie
I think one of the most underrated aspects of ADOR's management style is the remarkable freedom they give NewJeans members to make decisions for themselves. It doesn't only empower the girls, it also showcases their individuality, and fosters a deeper connection between the girls
