The game is so defender sided its not even funny. We have maps where winning 2 ATT rounds will most likely win you the game. There are very few stomps happening cuz every team can win defs

I talked about this with my team earlier today, Ubi/Blast cant just let everyone wait til invite for infos... orgs have to plan, teams have know what they practice for etc...
Ubi and communication... so sad to see and I know the arent the only team

My advise to an T4/T3 analyst or coach that wants to improve their work: ask T1 staff for advise or show them your work and let them give you feedback. Thats how I improved a lot and Im very thankful to everyone that helped me.

Academy teams got trolled by rules multiple times this year so unfortunately we had to go seperate ways.

One of the worst things in esport is higher ups in orgs making roster/team building decissions... most of them dont know the players and the game... they just look at socials and how flashy they are.
Roster buidling should be between coach+players and maybe an involved manager

Ive seen multiple LFT posts with people having 5+ years of experience but never got out of T3/4. And Ive also had teammates who didnt wanna trial T4 players. I feel like on most roles skill/potential>experience
