Jerry Ahmed Shaib Esq, writes; A New Era for Ghana Weightlifting As the President of the Ghana Weightlifting Federation, I had the honor of commissioning the renovated National Weightlifting Training Center at the Accra Sports Stadium yesterday. A significant step in our journey to develop Weightlifting in Ghana. This facility will serve as a training ground for our athletes, helping them compete at the highest level while inspiring the next generation. I was honored to have the Hon. Minister for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams and representatives from the Ministry and National Sports Authority including the Chief Director, the President of the Ghana Olympic Committee, National Federation Heads, and my fellow Ghana Weightlifting Federation Executive Board Members present.
