I took this yesterday morning. I think it is one of the best views in Scotland - Stirling with the castle watching over the city while snow covered Ben Vorlich and Stuc a’Chroin stand proud behind. The blush of the morning sunrise was the icing on the cake.

@scottishstephx Definitely worth a visit.

@MrRobertSeeley I assume it was a favourite spot for Queen Victoria. There are a number of Cairns around Balmoral.
