@dodger_sister @JenLRossman @SmoothOn No printer, but I did get the core model 3d printed from a 3rd party to make the plastic outer mold. 🤓 The first one was hand sculpted, I’m clearly no sculptor. 🤣 Really been thinking about a 3d printer, but I’d need more seasons of #TheOrville for inspiration. 😆

@dodger_sister @JenLRossman @SmoothOn Oh! I almost forgot! The chainmail gorget is hand made from a local PA ren faire shop, I added the sun wheels to it. 🤓 I totally nerd out over this stuff. 😆 I plan to try my hand at a Jem’hadar one of these moons.

@dodger_sister @JenLRossman @SmoothOn The costume is various bits and pieces from Amazon, some steam punk costume basics with sun wheels glued onto some of the buttons. So, nothing fancy there. The mask was the real challenge. Working on version 3.0 in an effort to make a more accurate reproduction. 🤓
