In 1962, the High Altitude Research Program (HARP) was created, and these cannons or guns used to shoot projectiles into space to study the atmosphere.
The ruins still lie on the outskirts of the Paragon Army Base in Barbados.

One of the BYD K9 electric busses which are to be integrated into the Barbados Transport Board’s fleet.
It seems so tiny from the outside, but it can hold around 25 passengers in relative comfort.
With a range of more than 200km per cycle, you probably won’t get stuck mid route.

Turns out when I found him (yes he’s a he, and he is a tortoise not a turtle 🤦🏾♂️) he was very very sick.
The RSPCA did, and is doing an amazing job.
‘Cousin It’ is doing much better right now!
Since no one has claimed him or reported him missing, he is here to stay ❤️🐢

It’s rally season!
Generally in the weeks preceding a rally event, letters are hand delivered to residents living on and around the rally stages, notice boards are put up, and roads are painted (this after all of the government permissions have been granted).
