There’s a huge difference between doing a 10-20 sec pad session and doing 8 rounds. 10-20sec is relies on your explosive system. When that’s depleted you are now replying on your aerobic system. A 27 year old will have a maximum heart rate of 195 A 60 year old, 160. Totally different engines.
