Today while teaching & coaching I spent more time talking to kids about life and how to navigate it than I did about a subject or sport.
I teach/coach kids (some great ones I might add), before I teach science or coach sports

Each off-season is slightly different from the last, & this year a big focus was teaching guys how to "TRAIN" vs "WORK OUT."

Cool video, but athletes shouldn't feel they HAVE to do what their coaches ask bc they're "afraid of them."
Athletes will WANT do things when they know their coach cares about them, and wants to make them a better athlete and person through training.
Strength coaches build more than muscles 💪
They also build character and most of them are characters themselves.
