At Queensferry High School, FCT students, have absolute clarity about the standards for dicing peppers and onions as they prepare Chilli Nachos. Their teacher expertly modelled the level 3 and level 4 level of dicing by using WAGOLLs on both tray and screen. Mind the gap! #OTI
