A beautiful beautiful tribute to her dad by Ella Toone
I lost my dad to cancer in September. This is the first time I’m really talking about it, but I wanted to share for anyone else who is grieving or feeling alone. @PlayersTribune ❤️

Great analysis from @henrywinter
Marcus Rashford’s career is clearly away from Manchester United. That’s been clear for a couple of months. Ruben Amorim’s in charge, calling the shots, and rightly so. He's an excellent head coach who has the backing of the club as he rebuilds the team, squad and culture. For tactical reasons (Rashford doesn’t fit Amorim’s 3-4-2-1) or PSR (Rashford’s contract and Amorim’s desire to rebuild the squad) a parting of the ways was always inevitable. Would Dan Ashworth's mediating presence have made a difference? Who knows? There was a respect and relationship there. Everyone knows the trick to getting the best out of Rashford on the field is making him feel involved and loved and getting him closer to goal; it's psychological and tactical. Anyway, Ashworth's gone. Amorim's in charge. Rashford was underperforming. The separation was in motion. So a move, initially on loan, next week makes sense. Staying on would continue the unwelcome sideshow/tension. Rashford has to go. And both sides have to handle his exit with respect. Rashford’s being sensible not to respond to Amorim’s recent comment. He's a good player but has obviously underperformed (and he’s not alone in the squad in that). He needs a new start and to re-find his best game elsewhere; he’s only 27. Rashford's contributed plenty to United in the past (FA/EFL Cups, Europa League, 139 goals in 426 games). But Amorim is the man shaping United’s future. He’s the manager; he’s totally within his right to signal a player's future lies elsewhere. It happens all the time in football, albeit rarely as high-profile or emotive as the Rashford exit. Let’s just hope the parting is done with a bit of dignity on both sides. Good luck for the future etc, thanks for the opportunity/memories etc, and move on. #MUFC
