Chris Churchill of the Times Union has a timely column today about the elimination of criminal penalties for intentional killing of an unborn child. Cuomo and NY legislators who did this should be ashamed.

Shameful result of Cuomo’s abortion law; murder of an unborn child can’t be charged because Cuomo and Dems repealed that crime in their appalling new law.

Victim cried “he’s going to kill my baby." Queens DA charges homicide and “abortion in the second degree.” However, the 2nd-degree abortion crime was repealed in Cuomo’s “women’s health act” bill. No justice for the unborn child here.
