అమ్మలో నచ్చి నేను నేర్చుకున్న విషయాలు… నేను పెద్ద చదువు చదివాను కాబట్టి నువ్వు ఇంకా పెద్ద చదువు చదవాలని, నేను రాజకియాల్లో పేరు సంపాదించుకున్నాను, వారసత్వం గా ఆ పేరు నిలబెట్టాలని ఎప్పుడు వత్తిడి చేయలేదు. డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసి నీకు నచ్చిన ప్రొఫెషన్ నువ్వు ఎంచుకో మని స్వతంత్రం ఇచ్చి, ఆర్థికంగా ఎవ్వరి మీదా ఆధారపడకుండా బ్రతకాలని మాత్రం గుర్తుచేస్తూ ఉండేది… నేను మా పిల్లల తో కూడా అలాగే వ్యవహరించాను. అమ్మ నాకు తరచు స్పూర్తిదాయకమైన ఉత్తరాలు రాస్తూ ఉండేది.. కొన్ని మీతో పంచుకుంటున్నాను.
