Kids are at a disadvantage NOT playing college rules.High school teams hold the ball for long slow possessions The game needs the shot clock. Imagine HS hoops w no shot clock then playing one in college.Cost for shot clocks are reasonable and split between boys and girls is easy
No question the college game is better with the shot clock. But there are understandable limitations/concerns when it comes to a shot clock in HS, so I don’t think it happens. At least for quite some time.
