I can already hear the episode of ATKM being put together to argue how he was a fringe NHLer and no other team in the league would give up assets for him just like all the others.

Maybe this message would be better addressed to Kings management. Bring in a star player like LeBron or Shohei and give people a reason to show up.

@PatrickONalysis @NHLRussell Seriously, let's dump every prospect we've ever traded for or drafted for absolute zero return. Englund was never the answer for this lineup, but we spent good assets acquiring him to just hand him over to Nashville for nothing.

Someone needs to get some money together and bring back hockey to Phoenix, Quebec, Atlanta, and the many different frontier markets waiting for a franchise that will never happen under Bettman and co. Fans and players deserve so much better than what the @NHL forces us to watch
The @NHL and its group of inept, nepotistic former players-turned-managers have completely ruined the league. There needs to be a breakaway group of players and coaches willing to form a competing league in other markets to allow for *actual* fair competition so hockey can thrive
