Used the @nhsapp for 111 instead of phoning, worked perfectly, just been prescribed antibiotics by @BucksHealthcare, prescription appeared on the App instantly, no paper involved at all, so easy!

It is extremely busy @MKHospital and despite our teams working incredibly hard, patients in our ED are experiencing longer waits than we or they would like. Please know we are doing all we can to see you as quickly as possible. 1/3
