It's absolutely insane to me that the silly pho thing I started doing a few years ago has turned into what it is now.

LETS GO I GOT THE COPY OF THE TERMITE INSPECTION THAT STATES NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES COULD BE FOUND AND THAT THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING INCLUDONG THE CRAWL SPACE WHRRE THERES A BUNCH OF TERMITE DAMAGE. THIS MEANS I HAVE GROUNDS TO GET THE REPAIRS PAID FOR BY THE SELLER/INSPECTOR
