2. SLEEP 😴
My sleep quality increased dramatically. I felt so much more rested after getting deep sleep phases and perfecting my REM cycles. No more poison in my body distracting my biological processes from their core functions. Better sleep, in turn, meant more energy the next

4. CLARITY OF THOUGHT 🧠

5. SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE 🕺💃
I quickly realized how easy it is to say no to alcohol. (Of course, this is assuming you don’t have an addiction, in which case I strongly urge you to seek help.) My friends were swift in understanding that they had no chance of convincing me to drink.
