Well the travel curse continues. Was supposed to leave Gainesville at 4PM to connect on a Brisbane flight at 10PM. It's now 9PM and I'm still in Gainesville and will be spending the night in Dallas and flying tomorrow at 9PM to Sydney. Thankfully Team Jesus is flying with us

We grow berries and citrus and I make jam and marmalade to sell in support of the Heidelberg Choral Society. John thought the last batch was so good he entered it into the Melbourne Royal Show, defying my ridicule. Just found the marmalade won third prize. Pinnacle of my career!

From what I've read about Trump's performance in the business world, it was as chaotic, impulsive and ill-judged as his Presidency. His psychological insecurity and narcissism is reflected in his need for acclaim and boastfullness, but he's basically, 'all hat and no cattle.'

I'm very chuffed that the libretto for "Origins" (oratorio that tells the creation story from science) that I wrote, with poet Leigh Hay, was chosen for the 2024 Anthology of Australia's best science writing!
