PolarMorphism has been published (open access)! After helpful suggestions of the reviewers, we added an estimation of the false discovery rate of our statistical tests and rewrote some parts for clarity
Have you ever looked at many GWAS summary statistics to search for genetic variants that are associated with multiple phenotypes? It's time consuming and - because of the multiple testing correction for each additional phenotype - not very powerful. (1/n)

@lizworthey Do you mean whether we are using Polarmorphism on any traits ourselves? I am not at the moment unfortunately, since I moved labs for my postdoc. I do know that others are using it already. And we do show more applications in the paper than I showed today :)

It's a virtual session, which is fitting. I am still thinking about the balance between environmental impact and the difficulty networking during virtual conferences. In one day I've talked to probably 10 different people already, never would have happened if I would not be here.

@Mrsbee82 Het ging heel vlot toen we er opeens achter kwamen dat we in een veel kortere rij mochten aansluiten omdat we thuis al in gecheckt waren en alleen bagage hoefden in te leveren 🤦🏻 Ik zit nu bij de gate, dus is allemaal goed gekomen
