Odontogenic keratocyst: palisaded hyperchromatic basal cells, thin squamous cell epithelium, no rete ridges, corrugated parakeratosis. Rushton bodies sometimes! Majority arise in jaw and are unilocular. OKCs are a component of naevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (PTCH1 mut.).
