Orange County is great. It's south from where I grew up and live now. I have a lot of friends that live there and wish I had moved when I was younger. My county was republican until a few years ago. It's still not as bad as most coastal cities. If I move, I'm moving out of state.

This project should be cancelled. It failed. No more money thrown at it. Some people won't even live to see it completed. The money would be better spent on building reservoirs, so we can retain more water instead of it flowing back to ocean and to clean up forest and replant.
