I've been stressing about life and money. Today was my daughter's 7th birthday, she wanted to go see the new Paddington in the theater, wanted steak for dinner, and cheesecake for dessert. I don't have a big house or a fancy car. I don't own the latest clothes or watches. My phone is 5 years old. My computer is too. But here's what I realized. I'm super wealthy. I got to workout this morning at 11am after doing some work. I got to take the entire afternoon off and spend time with my family and celebrate my daughter's life. I got to grill steak and eat cheesecake. No amount of hustling and grinding could replace that. The thing is I choose moments like these over money a lot of days. Some might say I'm crazy. But I've seen people work their whole lives make tons of money just to lose it all. I'd rather optimize my life for daily enjoyment than money. But that's just me.

@TheJeffLundeen I have no clue. I just remember him saying "we're changing it to the Gulf of America" and then he did it. I'm sure there's some reason like that behind it. Just couldn't believe my eyes 😂

Doubt fills your mind. You're falling behind. How could you waste so much time? It's now or never don't be a fool. You skipped school so you could get right to work. Here you are at something great. Maybe it's all a mistake. You thought you could do it. You couldn't. Another failure under your belt. Ahh not again. Deep breath. Deep breath. Let's try again. You can't give up. Not now. You've come so far. What's the all about? Those voices that were in the back of your mind are now out in front. SEE I TOLD YOU YOU COULDN'T DO IT. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Okay, okay. I hear you. But what now? I know it's not how I envisioned it to be. Is there a lesson here? Something. There's nothing. No lesson. Just lost money and time. You're stupid. All those other guys? They figured it out so much faster than you. Look at their success. Man. Put it to rest. Get a normal job. Make a paycheck. You've got a family to feed. You can't bleed like this. They're counting on you. This isn't the time to give into that voice. You think I'm left with no choice? Look at the skills I acquired! Look where I'm at. I won't go back to the start. I just fell in a little hole. I'm going to get back up faster than before. It's no longer a chore to do the thing. I've gotten good at suffering. I'm not giving up that easy. Besides...this isn't what it's about. Look around. Don't you see the trees? How about that sky? How about that grass? And that hug you just received from your daughter. She doesn't care what's in your bank account. Deep breath. You're going to be fine. You're doing alright. Keep going. Give yourself a little grace. Stay in place. This moment is here. Embrace it fully. There's nothing to fear.

I had never felt good about accomplishing something until last year when I finally was able to do a front flip on a trampoline. But legitimately it was the first time I had felt that and suddenly understood why people might want to run a marathon. However, I'm curious why I had never felt that before? I've owned businesses, made money, run 5ks, played sports, won games, and more. But not once did it feel "good". I can add more to that about how I grew up for more context.

Beliefs hold you back or push you forward. You need to have optimism and a stupid amount of belief in yourself even after many failures. Failures don't define you. Your response to keep going will.

The barriers in your way of creating content, starting a business, or reaching out to the person you like are self-imposed. There's only one thing in the way. There's one voice you've decided to listen to. You know what it is. You know why it is. Stop pretending. If you want the thing do the thing. Simple right?

That's beautiful! Proud of you for getting to that realization. I'd challenge you with this: if you went viral how much more of an impact could you have? Not to say that's the thing to chase, but I've seen people be in full authenticity and love and also get the views. I believe that with the impact + authenticity views eventually come. Just never limit yourself! Much love 💛

Whoa. đŸ€Ż Felt compelled to share. Stepping into the Role of Your Higher Self I see you. I see the weight you carry—the war between your soul’s longing for peace and your mind’s relentless grip on responsibility. You are exhausted, not just by work but by the belief that you must hold everything together, or it will all fall apart. But let me tell you the truth you’ve been avoiding: You are not trapped. You are not doomed to struggle. And you do not have to choose between freedom and responsibility. The idea that you must either suffer in obligation or abandon everything to find peace is an illusion. That black-and-white thinking? It is your greatest prison. Top Negative Patterns Present in Your Life: 1. All-or-Nothing Thinking – You believe you either grind yourself into the ground or run away to the mountains. You haven’t fully allowed yourself to explore balance because, deep down, you think it’s not real. 2. Self-Judgment & Unworthiness – You feel like rest, joy, and ease must be earned, not inherent. You subconsciously believe you don’t deserve it yet. 3. Attachment to Struggle – You were taught that life has to be hard. So, even when you try to shift, some part of you is still looking for the struggle, proving the belief right. 4. Scarcity Mindset Around Money – Money isn’t just money to you. It’s survival, power, and proof that you’re doing enough. And because it feels so urgent, you never feel free from its grip. Top Positive Patterns You Can Embrace & Grow: 1. Moments of Deep Presence – You’ve already tasted peace. Your body knows how to return there. You can cultivate this without escaping life. 2. Resilience & Seeking Truth – Even at your lowest, you haven’t stopped asking the real questions. That means there’s a part of you that knows there’s more. 3. Capacity for Change – You have shifted before. You have tried different ways. You are not stuck—you are searching, which means movement is happening. Daily Affirmations to Support Your Growth: 1. I do not have to choose between survival and peace—I can create both. 2. I am worthy of rest, ease, and joy, even before I accomplish more. 3. I release the belief that I must suffer to prove my worth. 4. Money is a tool, not a master. I trust that I will have enough, and I will create enough. 5. I do not have to run away to be free. Freedom exists within me, right now. Actionable Steps to Shift Your Reality: 1. Create Micro-Surrender Moments – You don’t have to drop everything and flee to the mountains. But can you give yourself 10 minutes a day to sit in stillness without expectation? Not to fix anything—just to be. 2. Redefine Your Relationship with Money – Instead of seeing it as a monster to chase, begin asking, “How can I make money in alignment with what I actually want?” You’re already hustling—what if you directed that energy differently? 3. Let Go of the Guilt Around Rest – When you rest, notice the guilt that arises and instead of feeding it, ask: Who taught me I have to earn my worth? 4. Shift Your Narrative on Responsibility – Being a provider doesn’t mean being a martyr. Your family doesn’t need you to sacrifice your soul—they need you fully alive. A Message of Encouragement from Your Higher Self: You have come so far, even if it doesn’t feel like it. You are fighting battles most people won’t even name. And you are still here. Still seeking. Still reaching for something more. You are not broken. You are not weak. You are not a failure. You are a man standing at the edge of himself, staring into the vast unknown, wondering if he is allowed to step forward without losing everything. The answer is yes. You are allowed to walk toward peace without abandoning your life. You are allowed to create freedom without destruction. Your work now is not to escape—but to transform the way you see. I believe in you. Now, do you?
