@Fit_For_Golf Mike. Are there any exercises for chronic sciatica (lead leg - left) brought on by golf? I do a lot of core and weights work (helped by your programs) but I wonder whether I’m missing a specific one. Trying to avoid another back op.

@dopamine_uptake @John_Stepek @johnauthers That was John’s interpretation. Which I have sympathies for with especially as gold massively outperformed its long term trend in this quarter century in a period of excessive money printing. But the starting point is constantly mentioned.

@dopamine_uptake @John_Stepek @johnauthers And saying starting point matters… which is the whole point of investing. The note is about the 1st quarter century of the millennium which is why there is some focus on the last 25 years.

@LouStagner when I changed to heads up putting 2yrs ago it was initially excellent. It made my stroke more positive and stopped me lifting my head at impact. However a few months later technique fell apart as wasn’t watching putter. So I reverted. So keep up technique work if u try.

@Fit_For_Golf Hi Mike. I have a slight disc problem in my neck which causes me regular nerve issues in my hands. At worse numbness and loss of grip. Weights and golf cause it. Anything I can do to strengthen the area without doing the damage. Thx Jim

@Mike_kim714 Good drill Michael. And a good reminder for me as I rush the transition. However does it mess slightly with the aim of transferring your weight back to the front leg halfway through the backswing? Many thx.
