Kim Leadbeater attempting to remove safeguards from her appalling bid to bring in assisted suicide - a clear and present threat #disabled people - already dropping the safeguards and it's only at the committee stage. Hopefully this opens eyes among MPs

Glad someone recognises this because I've never heard it mentioned by an HCP. OK I'm groggy and irritable this morning because I watched the Super Bowl. That's on me. The one night when an irritable #typeonediabetes wouldn't have mattered it behaved itself. Until 6.30am. FFS.

The sheer foolishness is what's breathtaking. There are 650 MPs in the UK. It's a select bunch. Lots of people want the job. And yet they can't seem to find people who are able to resist posting stupid comments on Whatsapp.

Government has a scheme - Help-to-Save - which allows qualifying individuals (those on very low incomes) to get bonus payments for saving. Yes, hard to save if you're struggling to afford essentials. But still a good scheme. It's had little publicity. Can't think why...

Primark’s adaptive clothing does more for disabled Britons than the government does Road testing the kit (and lamenting the government's neglect and sometimes outright hostility towards #disabled people. The clothes are great. I'll buy more.

@STAGEDOC Agree. Watching what's going on doesn't give one a lot of faith in the Parliamentary process. Hoping the House of Lords intervenes. I hate the fact that we have to rely on an unelected second chamber to restore sanity but that's sadly where we are.
