Idk, it’s quite apparent Nintendo isn’t going anywhere and they seem content making their shitty hardware and banking in on IP’s older than most of their customer base. Xbox has clearly given up the console wars and dove head first into the subscription base model that I assume will lead to cloud gaming subscriptions. Yes, I believe they’re basically an app now. PlayStation appears to be pulled in both directions, with no clear path in sight. All of exclusivity in some of their more recent games makes me think they’re leaning towards the Microsoft path as well.

Not at all. I mean, some titles are absolutely not marketed to my demographic and some I’ve simply grown out of, but I love a solid platform adventure just the same. Nowadays I really don’t have enough time. I have 3 young kids and run a business with over 60 full time employees. Free time is scarce and unless the fam is asleep, I’m usually doing something around the house. I do venture outside of my few favorite Nintendo IP’s when playing my Switch, but honestly that doesn’t last long. Most aren’t long either, which does help some. Most new titles I find myself interested now are usually released on other platforms and I prefer PC whenever possible. Really no point for me to buy another Xbox it seems and my PlayStation literally only gets used when there’s an exclusive I need to play, which seems to be a fading business model, idk. Big fan of all gaming, becoming less and less of a fan of the big 3 hardware manufacturers.

I’m gonna say this real loud for everyone in the back who can’t seem to hear that well... NOBODY GIVES A FUCK!! They could all die if that meant one single homeless vet had a place to call home for the rest of their life. That’s the level of prioritization I have for my fellow American citizens. If one single American belly isn’t full, we don’t have enough money for one red cent of foreign aid.
