@sshekhr @MAG2ART Interesting! Are these radial F-actins bundled or individual? The buckling happens near their base, likely due to a pulling force upstream. When the base collides with transverse F-actins, the resulting force causes the buckling.

@ZS_biophys @ShuLab2010 I think of biomolecular condensates as protein clusters that enable multivalent interactions, enhancing specificity, avidity, and efficiency. Unlike proteins with multiple modular domains, condensates provide dynamic regulation of interactions when needed.

@sailorrooscout Great news! However, I'm puzzled by the discrepancy between panels C and I. C shows half of the saturated binding signal at ~100 pM, while I shows SPR affinity < 10 pM. I’m skeptical of the SPR measurements, as dissociation rates can be underestimated after removing free binders.
