My Administration Will Abide By the Constitution Laws & International Laws Abroad. Upholding True Democracy Justice & Order. @RemnantGC
Common cases where ex parte orders are issued: 1. Domestic violence. 2. Child custody emergencies. 3. Stopping an illegal action. 4. To stop the destruction of evidence. 5. Fraud. 6. Bankruptcy. 7. Freezing assets. These orders require substantial proof of immediate harm. They are used for emergency purposes only. I highly doubt that allowing DOGE to view treasury files on a read only basis qualifies as any of the above. But not allowing the secretary of treasury to access treasury files is unconstitutional. I donโt like the precedent it sets when you defy a judicial ruling, but Iโm just wondering what other options are these judges leaving us if theyโre going to blatantly disregard the constitution for their own partisan political goals?
