I was able to get a follow up appt for the required screenings that were ordered after my mammogram last month scheduled for tomorrow rather than waiting a month due to a cancellation. Idk when the results will be provided. This is all uncharted territory. I’m scared.

This is the face of a stroke survivor. I was a healthy 38yr old who had just been at the gym when it happened. I trusted my gut and got to the hospital quickly and luckily it was mild but required 8wks of PT for a full recovery. Be kind to yourself. You only have one life to live

I’m finally back to my pre-stroke/heart surgery weight and I am pumped! All the meds and somewhat sedentary life I was subjected to for a couple years made me unhappy with my physical appearance so I’m glad I’ve been able to tackle that and stay committed to my goals! 💪🏻💪🏻
