So the richest man in Kosovo paid 2 of our institutions, the public tv, the RTK and Kosovo Media Commission to kick our program out after 15 years of airing @RTK. 4 years later we beat him in court + we continue broadcasting elsewhere (in TVD). Life is not only darkness! Touche!
Kosovo Court of Appeals upheld the first-instance decision to annul the Independent Media Commission's ‘warning’ to the show "Jeta në Kosovë" after airing the investigative report "Unclean Energy: The Kosovar Who Would Own the Sun"- ruling it unlawful.
