“It’s already done” means everything u could ever want exists now including the version of u that already has/has manifested that desire. It’s available to u now “for the taking” The only thing u need to do to “take it” is think as that version, so your 3D can match up.

Just bc u’ve held the same assumption for a long time (ie years) doesn’t mean it’ll take a long time to change it, esp with repetition. However, please give urself some grace if it takes a couple min to materialize. Stick to the new story. Yes it’s working! It has to (it’s a LAW)

Quick Reminder: Your subconscious doesn’t know or care why/how you’re thinking something, it just hears what you’re thinking. It doesn’t differentiate between affirming to get, remind, to change the 3D, if you’re “trying” etc. It hears you giving those things meaning & says yes!

The very second u say u have it in ur head, u have in the 3D too & the scm instantly already started shifting the 3D. It will show up fast unless u start thinking the opposite. The repetition is to make the scm familiar & accepting of the new story faster, so it shifts it faster.

To me, I found I felt stressed & more doubtful when I only affirmed here & there (not the case w/ all subjects but for some, yes) or I wasnt keeping a good mental diet. I dont think u need to affirm 24/7 but I know if I want smth faster or it’s “bigger” for me, I overly saturate.

Your subconscious only hears WHAT you’re thinking. It doesn’t pick & choose what to accept based on if you’re affirming to get, to remind, to change the 3D, to change your thoughts, like it’s a job or chore, like it’s a process, etc. It just hears WHAT you think & pushes it out🤍

You can affirm to get or remind & both will work imo bc there’s no difference. The subconscious treats them as one & the same. It doesn’t know or care why u affirm (think) something. The one making there be a difference between the two is you.

U don’t need to consciously affirm all day if u don’t want. However, u are already thinking all day (affirming is thinking) & lots of ur thoughts r probably on autopilot. So if u don’t wanna take time to affirm u gotta at least be mindful of what u think when the desire comes up.

It feels hard rn bc the current stuff is what u’re used to. Don’t beat urself up, just push urself to think like u have it until ur reality reflects it. May not always feel happy, easy or believable up until it manifests but it will when it does so don’t stress how u feel now🩷

If u want it, it means a version of u already manifested it bc creation is finished (everything exists now). So u don’t need to worry if u can/if u will manifest it bc u already did. All u gotta do is think as that version so ur scm hears it & shifts the 3D to match & materialize

“Ignoring the 3D” is just not mentally reacting negatively to it. You can respond however you see fit in the 3D, but mentally you need to stand firm in your new story. You can revise after the fact as well. Just don’t dwell in the old story. You don’t live there anymore!

I will say, if u find yourself repeatedly going back to the old story, I would suggest u do take time to focus affirm AT LEAST 1x in the day & be on top of ur mental diet. You don’t have to drive urself mad micromanaging every thought; it where ur dominant focus is that matters.

If you get a tense feeling, a bunch of opposing thoughts or anything like that while you’re affirming, it’s just additional proof your subconscious hears u, it’s working, u’re replacing that old story, & u’re in ur new reality. Keep going. Don’t let your mind run you! Run it! 💫

@itslitrllymine I said it before but my dog out of hospital & home safe w/i 4-5 days. Didn’t care abt ANYTHING but getting what I wanted. Didn’t worry abt it’s done/not done, get/remind, feeling/knowing, what I heard/saw/felt (anger, fear, desperation). I repeated all day & corrected if needed🙏🏼
